Welcome to omgochi. These Terms are a legal agreement between you and omgochi ("omgochi", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the omgochi app, website, or related services (the "Service"), you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent where you live) to use the Service. By using omgochi you confirm you meet this requirement and that the information you give us is accurate. You're responsible for everything that happens under your account, so keep your login credentials secure.
omgochi is an AI assistant that can chat with you, carry out tasks you ask for, and — when you connect them — act on your behalf in connected services. The Service relies on artificial intelligence, which can be wrong, incomplete, or unexpected. You're responsible for reviewing its output and deciding whether to rely on it. Don't use omgochi for anything where an error could cause serious harm (for example medical, legal, or financial decisions) without independent professional advice.
You may choose to connect third-party services (such as email or calendar). When you do, you authorize omgochi to access and act within those services as needed to perform the tasks you request. You can disconnect them at any time. You remain responsible for actions you ask omgochi to take, and for complying with the terms of any third-party service you connect.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You keep ownership of the content and instructions you provide. You grant us a limited license to use that content only to operate, secure, and improve the Service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You're responsible for making sure you have the rights to any content you give us.
Some features may require payment. If you buy a paid plan, you authorize us (and our payment processors or the relevant app store) to charge the applicable fees. Unless required by law or stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI output will be correct.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, omgochi and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD $100. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.
You agree to defend and hold harmless omgochi from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the Service or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
We may update the Service or these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll take reasonable steps to let you know. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them. You may stop using the Service at any time, and we may suspend or end your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service.
