This policy explains what omgochi ("we", "us") collects, why, and the choices you have. We try to collect only what we need to run the Service and to keep it secure.

1. Information we collect

• Account info — such as your name, email, or sign-in identifier when you create an account.
• Your messages and tasks — what you type, send, or ask omgochi to do, so it can respond and remember context you want it to keep.
• Connected services — if you connect a third-party account (like email or calendar), we access the data needed to perform the tasks you request, with your permission.
• Usage and device data — basic technical information such as app version, device type, and logs, used to operate and improve the Service.

2. How we use it

• To provide, personalize, and improve the Service;
• To let omgochi remember relevant context and carry out tasks you ask for;
• To keep the Service secure and prevent abuse;
• To respond to your support requests; and
• To comply with legal obligations.

3. AI processing

omgochi uses third-party AI model providers to generate responses. To do this, the relevant parts of your messages and task data are sent to those providers solely to produce results for you. We work with reputable providers and do not sell your personal information.

4. How we share information

We don't sell your personal data. We share it only with:

• Service providers who help us run omgochi (such as hosting, AI model, and analytics providers), under agreements that limit their use of it;
• Connected services you authorize, to carry out the tasks you request; and
• Legal and safety recipients, when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the Service.

5. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, then delete or anonymize it within a reasonable period, unless we're required to keep it longer for legal reasons.

6. Your choices

• You can disconnect any connected service at any time.
• You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data.
• You can delete your account, which removes associated data subject to the retention note above.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your data safe and to address issues promptly.

8. Children

omgochi isn't intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age of digital consent where you live). We don't knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

9. International users

We may process and store information in countries other than yours. By using the Service, you understand your information may be transferred to and handled in those locations, with appropriate safeguards where required.

10. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll take reasonable steps to notify you. The "last updated" date above shows the current version.
