How do I keep my chats if I change phones?
Sign in with Apple or Google. Your name, memories and chat text are then saved to your account. Photos stay on your device.
How do I see or delete what herself remembers?
Go to Settings > What I remember. You can turn off or delete any memory.
How do I stop check-ins?
Turn check-ins off in Settings, or turn notifications off for herself in iOS Settings.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings > Delete account and data. This permanently deletes your account, everything saved to it, and the chats, memories and settings on your phone. It cannot be undone.
Why did herself stop replying?
There are daily and per-minute limits on replies to keep herself free. Wait a little and try again. If it keeps happening, email us.
