costumelastminute — Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and omgochi ("we", "us") for your use of costumelastminute.com ("the site"). By using the site you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. What the site does

You upload a photo of a costume idea, or pick a trending costume. The site uses AI to suggest items you could buy to put the look together, and shows them as a shareable "purchase history" image with links to Amazon.

2. Suggestions, prices and images

• Suggestions are made by AI and may be wrong, incomplete or not what you expected. Check every item on Amazon before you buy.
• Prices shown are estimates. The real price, availability, size and delivery date are set by Amazon and its sellers.
• Product pictures on the site are AI-generated illustrations, not photos of the actual items you'll find on Amazon.
• "Delivered" dates and messages in the purchase-history image are part of the joke. They are not real orders or deliveries.

3. Buying through Amazon

We don't sell anything. All purchases are made on Amazon and are between you and Amazon or the seller, under Amazon's terms. Questions about orders, returns, refunds, sizing or safety go to Amazon or the seller.

4. Your uploads

• Only upload images you have the right to use. Don't upload private photos of other people without their permission.
• Don't upload anything illegal, sexually explicit, hateful, violent or harmful, or anything involving minors in an inappropriate way.
• You keep all rights to what you upload. You give us permission to process it only to give you your result. We don't store it. See the Privacy Policy.
• After 3 images that can't be used as a costume, uploads pause for 24 hours. We may also block access to anyone misusing the site.

5. Acceptable use

Don't scrape, overload or attack the site, try to get around its limits, or use it to build a competing service. Don't use the site in any way that breaks the law.

6. Characters and trademarks

Character names, films, shows, games and brands mentioned on the site belong to their owners. They are mentioned only to describe costume ideas. We aren't affiliated with or endorsed by them, or by Amazon.

7. Safety

Costumes, makeup, wigs and props can carry risks, such as allergic reactions, fire, restricted vision or choking hazards for small children. Follow the product instructions and use common sense, especially with children's costumes.

8. No warranty

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". We don't promise it will always be available, error-free, or that suggestions will suit you.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for purchases or decisions you make based on the site. Our total liability to you for any claim relating to the site is limited to USD 50.

We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Changes

We may update these terms or change or stop the site at any time. If we change the terms, we'll update the date at the top. Continuing to use the site means you accept the new terms.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Disputes will be handled by the courts of Delaware, unless the consumer law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim locally. Before starting a claim, please email us so we can try to resolve it.
